Networking one-on-one at Arch Summit 2019
Attending a networking event can be stressful. What is the best way to introduce yourself? Whom should you talk to? How can you get a conversation started – and keep it going? These are just some of the questions you may have about how to make networking events work well for you.
At many events, there is no good answer except to walk around and figure out the right contact. This year, Arch Summit presents a better solution – The Arch Summit meeting app. It is a free service to startups, investors, founders and corporates attending the event on 3rd and 4th April 2019. It helps you connect with the right people, as well as scheduling a time to meet.
How does it work? Three weeks before Arch Summit, we invite registered startups sign up to the meeting app and provide information on their startup — category, stage, location, funding status, etc. We have 80+ Vodafone’s strategic suppliers, C-levels from >400 global tech companies and decision makers from Vodafone’s group functions, 26 local markets, and corporate partners, plus investors simply attending the event. Two weeks before Arch Summit, we invite the key decision makers from Vodafone, corporates and investors registered to sign up to the meeting app and create their own profiles, including their interests. At that point, our meeting app partner, Brella, works its algorithmic magic to recommend matches for all registered. Boom, the invitations start flying and Brella makes it easy to accept/decline and schedule meetings during the 3rd and 4th April 2019.
The more people you connect with, the more opportunities you will have to promote your business. Taking a little time to prepare and practice in advance will soon have you networking like a pro.
